A logo is only one part of an identity
Most businesses come to us wanting "a logo". On its own, that is just a file on your computer. What actually matters is how that logo behaves on a sign, a business card, an Instagram post, an invoice and a website.
A brand identity sets the rules for your visual language. Without those rules, every designer adds their own interpretation and within six months the brand is unrecognisable.
Scope
Logo design
We present multiple concepts and develop the chosen direction. Delivered with horizontal, vertical, single-colour and icon versions — so you are never forcing the wrong file into the wrong space.
Colour and typography system
Primary and supporting colours, usage ratios, type hierarchy. Print (CMYK) and digital (RGB/HEX) values defined separately.
Brand guidelines
How the logo should and should not be used. Clear space, minimum size, behaviour on different backgrounds. This document means the brand holds up no matter who you work with later.
Print materials
Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, folders, signage application, vehicle livery. Scope defined by need.
Digital applications
Social media profile assets, post templates, email signature, presentation template.
The process
Brand discovery
We talk about what you do, who you serve and what sets you apart. Skip this and the result may look good but will not feel like yours.
Concept development
We prepare concepts in different directions and present them with reasoning. Why this colour, why this form — every decision has an explanation.
Refinement
Development of the chosen direction. Revision rounds are stated explicitly in the quote.
Delivery
Source files (AI/EPS), ready-to-use formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, JPG) and the brand guidelines. All files become yours.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just a logo?
You can, but we do not recommend it. Adding at least the colour and typography system with basic usage rules significantly extends the logo's useful life.
How many concepts do you present?
Three concepts, with three revision rounds on the chosen direction. Stated clearly in the quote.
I have a logo already — can it be refreshed?
Yes. Sometimes simplifying and modernising an existing logo is better than replacing it, especially if your brand is already recognised. We decide together.
Do you handle trademark registration?
Trademark registration is a legal process and we do not carry it out. We do prepare files in registration-ready formats and explain what to watch for.
How long does it take?
Logo and core identity work takes around two weeks. Full brand identity projects vary with scope — we confirm the timeline in the quote.
